While editing a PDF
Editing happens in your browser. Download the result to your device without saving it to the library. Local drafts depend on this browser's storage.
When saving to the library
The document is uploaded to the platform and linked to your workspace. Member permissions determine who can access and edit documents.
The library requires an account. The free plan lets you save up to 3 documents and 1 template, with 50 MB of storage. To start with a DOCX, upload it to QiDocs for conversion. The resulting PDF opens in Studio with detected fields ready for review; the library stores the PDF, not the original DOCX.
